Rapid House Buyer was founded in 2012 by a team of property professionals who had seen too many homeowners let down by the conventional sale process — buyers pulling out at the last minute, chains collapsing, estate agents prioritising their fees over client outcomes, and no real accountability when things went wrong.
We set out to build something different: a direct cash buyer that operates with the transparency and professionalism of a City financial institution, but with the speed and flexibility that distressed sellers genuinely need.
Over twelve years, we have purchased more than 340 properties across London, supported hundreds of families through some of the most difficult periods of their lives, and never once pulled out of a sale after exchanging contracts.
